Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 1391

Injunction

Added by Laws 2019, c. 187, § 15, eff

The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP) through the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing psychology without a license or authorization to practice psychology in this state. Such an injunction:

1. May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person, this provision being a preventive as well as a punitive measure; and 2. Does not relieve any person from criminal prosecution for practicing without a license.
