On receipt of an application and application fee, the Board may upon the recommendation of the Committee waive the examination requirement for an applicant who, at the time of application:
1. is registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a registered dietitian; or 2. holds a valid license or certificate as a licensed or registered dietitian issued by another state with which this state has a reciprocity agreement.
