Unlawful use of titles relating to pharmacy

A. No person shall take, use or exhibit the title of pharmacist, licensed pharmacist or Doctor of Pharmacy, "D.Ph." or "R.Ph.", either expressly or by implication, except as otherwise authorized by the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act. B. No person other than one licensed under the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act shall take, use or exhibit the title "Druggist", "Pharmacy", "Drug Store", "Drug Department", "Drugs", "Drug Sundries", "Prescriptions", or any other term, sign or device or any word in similitude thereof.
