Immunity

A. No member of the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering shall bear liability or be subject to civil damages or criminal prosecution for any action undertaken or performed within the scope of duty imposed pursuant to the Massage Therapy Practice Act. B. No person or legal entity providing truthful and accurate information to the Board, whether as a report, a complaint or testimony, shall be subject to civil damages or criminal prosecutions.
