Personal identification information in the coordinated licensure information system - Sharing with nonparty states. A. In reporting information to the coordinated licensure information system under Article 6 of the Nurse Licensure Compact, the Oklahoma Board of Nursing may disclose information that identifies a person, including Social Security number and date of birth. B. The coordinated licensure information system may not share Social Security numbers and dates of birth with a state not a party to the Compact.
