State Board of Osteopathic Examiners Revolving Fund

Known as the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, to be designated the “State Board of Osteopathic Examiners Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Board pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act or the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Board for the purpose of enforcing the laws of this state which prohibit the unlawful practice of osteopathic medicine, for the dissemination of information to prevent the violation of such laws, for the purchase of supplies and such other expense as is necessary to properly implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act or the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program Act, and for any other purpose specified in Section 643 of this title. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims signed by an authorized employee or employees of the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
