Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 738.4

District attorney's right not abrogated

Nothing in this act shall abrogate the right of any district attorney in this state to institute an action to enjoin or prosecute for violations of any of the laws of this state relating to the practice of any of the healing arts. Laws 1951, p. 166, § 4.
