The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall prescribe and publish, in the manner established by its rules and regulations, fees in the amounts determined by the Board, but not exceeding the following maximum amount, unless cost justification is present: Music Therapist License and renewal thereof.............................$50.00
