Oklahoma Discretionary and Special Needs Trust Act

Known as the Oklahoma Discretionary and Special Needs Trust Act

Added by Laws 2010, c. 280, § 1, eff

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma Discretionary and Special Needs Trust Act”.
