Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 506

Common elements to remain undivided - Partition actions prohibited

The common elements, both general and limited, shall remain undivided and no unit owner shall bring any action for partition or division of any part thereof, except as specifically permitted in this Act. Any covenant to the contrary shall be null and void. Laws 1963, c. 288, § 6.
