Okla. Stat. tit. 60, § 703

The Attorney General may bring proceedings in the district court of Oklahoma County to escheat unclaimed Postal Savings System accounts held by the United States Treasury Department. A single proceeding may be used to escheat as many accounts as may be available for escheat at one time. Laws 1971, c. 41, § 3, emerg. eff. March 25, 1971.
