Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 100

Effect of partial unconstitutionality

The Legislature declares that if any portion of this act is determined to be unconstitutional, it would nevertheless have enacted all of the remaining portion of this act, and no such decision shall invalidate the entire act. Laws 1935, p. 59, § 10.
