Administration and enforcement - Personnel
Added by Laws 1971, c. 302, § 2, operative July 1, 1971
The State Fire Marshal Commission shall:
1. Promulgate rules for the administration and enforcement of this division;
2. Administer the provisions hereof, pursuant to said rules; and 3. Employ such agents and clerical help as may be necessary for such purpose.
