The State Board of Health shall request, in hospital license and renewal applications submitted pursuant to Sections 1-703 and 1-704 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, verification of compliance with the provisions of Sections 3112 through 3117 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
