Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 4209.1

Knowingly receiving, possessing, selling or disposing of stolen or converted vessel or motor - Penalties

A person not entitled to the possession of a vessel or motor who receives, possesses, sells or disposes of such vessel or motor, knowing said vessel or motor to be stolen or converted under circumstances constituting a crime, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
