Violations - Penalty

R.L. 1910 Sec. 6985

Any official failing in any duty prescribed by the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, and in addition thereto may be removed from office.
