The Department may be divided into divisions which may include the following:
1. The Division of Planning and Research.
2. The Division of Design.
3. The Division of Administration.
4. The Division of Contract Administration.
5. The Division of Construction and Maintenance.
6. The Division of Land Acquisition.
7. The Division of Traffic Services.
