Public schools - Child abuse sign posting

Public schools - Child abuse sign posting. A. Each public school shall post in a clearly visible location in a public area of the school that is readily accessible to students a sign in English and Spanish that contains the toll-free telephone number operated by the Department of Human Services pursuant to Section 1-2-101 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes to receive reports of child abuse or neglect. B. The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules relating to the size and location of the sign required by subsection A of this section.
