Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 35g

Medical reports

Added by Laws 1973, c. 229, § 2, emerg. eff

A medical report from the treating physician must be furnished to the local school district board to substantiate that said injuries:

(1) were disabling, (2) prevented the continuance of such person's employment and (3) the period of said disability. If a dispute arises on said disability or activity, then either party aggrieved may file suit in district court.
