Eligibility of descendants of servicemen

A. To qualify for the benefits of free tuition the descendant of a serviceman must:

1. Prove his relationship to the missing or captured parent; and 2. Satisfy the entrance and eligibility requirements imposed by the technology center school. B. Free tuition shall not exceed a period of more than thirty- six (36) months for qualified descendants; however, tuition shall be available only while the parent of the descendant is missing in action or a prisoner of war or until the descendant reaches the age of twenty-three (23) years, whichever is the shorter period of time.
