Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 18g

Appearance not waiver of immunity of State

The appearance of the Attorney General in any matter, proceeding or action in any court, before any commission, board or officer, shall not be construed to waive the immunity of the State of Oklahoma from being sued. Laws 1939, p. 49, § 13.
