Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 2.3

A. Except where otherwise specified by law, the term "congressional district", when used with respect to the appointment of a member of a state board, commission, authority, or other statutory entity, shall mean the district as most recently configured by law. B. For entities which subsection A of this section renders out of compliance with specific statutory requirements, subsequent appointments shall be so made as to cause compliance to be effected at the earliest possible date.
