The Office of the Attorney General is hereby authorized and directed to act as the Oklahoma Natural Gas Curtailment and Regulation Hearings Counsel in proceedings before federal regulatory agencies and state and federal courts. Laws 1979, c. 196, § 5, emerg. eff. May 25, 1979.
