Legislative Council Abolished - Reports

A. The State Legislative Council, the Executive Committee, and all standing and special committees thereof are hereby abolished. Except as otherwise provided in this section, all powers, duties, responsibilities, property, assets, and liabilities administered by the State Legislative Council for the benefit of the Oklahoma Legislature shall be transferred to either the Senate or the House of Representatives as determined by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives acting jointly. B. All annual reports or other reports required by law to be submitted to the State Legislative Council, after July 1, 1981, shall be submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
