In this act, unless the context requires a different definition:
1. "Carrier" means any common carrier registered and approved by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission;
2. "Employee" means any state officer or employee with the exception of elected officials;
3. "Permanent transfer" means a transfer in excess of twenty- one (21) weeks; and 4. "Household goods" means personal effects excluding automobiles, boats, trailers, other than a manufactured home which is the principal residence of the employee, animals or any other possession not normally considered as household goods.
