Community action agency defined - Evaluation of service areas and agencies

A community action agency shall be defined as a public or private nonprofit agency, designated by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have the right to evaluate existing service areas and community action agencies and, as may be necessary, modify boundaries of the service areas or rescind designation in accordance with the provisions outlined in Section 45 of this act so that services will be adequately and efficiently provided.
