Short title - Creating Oklahoma's Modern Plan for Economic Transformation and Effectiveness (COMPETE) Act. This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Creating Oklahoma’s Modern Plan for Economic Transformation and Effectiveness (COMPETE) Act”.
