A. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to negotiate with an Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation for the purpose of designating a site within the State Capitol Complex Park for the Korean War Veterans Memorial. B. Any contract, pursuant to this section, must be approved by the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority.
