Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 1085.7A

A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the "Community Water Infrastructure Development Revolving Fund". B. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board from the apportionment of gross production tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes. C. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for the purpose of establishing and maintaining critical water infrastructure in all areas of the state, including projects to implement the recommendations of the Oklahoma Comprehensive Water Plan. D. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
