That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, the Secretary of the United States Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives of the United States, and to each member of Congress, from the State of Oklahoma and to the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard, Washington, D.C. Laws 1963, p. 759, H.J.R.No.548, § 2.
