Application and construction - Promotion of uniformity. A. In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. B. Nothing in this act is intended to alter Oklahoma law regarding testamentary instruments executed under other provisions of Title 84 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
