citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

A person who is under 18 years of age may petition the circuit court for relief under ORS 107.710 if:

(1) The person is:

(a) The spouse of the respondent;

(b) The former spouse of the respondent; or
