ORS 108.730

Known as the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act

The act spans §§ 108–108 (38 sections).

1987 c.715 §7

If a marriage is determined to be void, an agreement that would otherwise have been a premarital agreement is enforceable only to the extent necessary to avoid an inequitable result.
