An appeal may be taken from a final order in a proceeding under ORS 109.774 to 109.827 in accordance with ORS chapter 19. Unless the court enters a temporary emergency order under ORS 109.751, the enforcing court may not stay an order enforcing a child custody determination pending appeal.
