ORS 126.816

Known as the Oregon Uniform Transfers to Minors Act

The act spans §§ 126–126 (309 sections).

A person may make a transfer by irrevocable gift to, or the irrevocable exercise of a power of appointment in favor of, a custodian for the benefit of a beneficiary pursuant to ORS 126.832.
