ORS 138.210

Known as the Post-Conviction Hearing Act

The act spans §§ 138–138 (119 sections).

Amended by 2017 c.529 §11

If the appellant fails to file a brief in the appellate court, the court shall dismiss the appeal. The defendant need not personally appear in the appellate court.
