Known as the Oregon Public Access Act

There is established for the Legislative Assembly a Lounge Revolving Account. The Legislative Administration Committee may pay for the costs of food served in the members’ lounges from the Lounge Revolving Account for the purpose of supplying current requirements, the cost of which shall be reimbursed to the revolving account through receipts on the basis of sales or by payroll deductions from members. The moneys in the Lounge Revolving Account are appropriated continuously for the purposes of this section.
