ORS 171.990

Known as the Oregon Public Access Act

Every person who, having been summoned as a witness under ORS 171.510 to give testimony or to produce books, papers, records or documents upon any matter under inquiry before either house or any of the committees referred to in ORS 171.505, willfully makes default, or who, having appeared, refuses to answer any question pertinent to the matter under inquiry, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
