ORS 176.250

1983 c.82 §3

Notwithstanding any provision of the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure or other laws of this state, service of subpoena upon the Governor shall be made by delivering a copy to the legal counsel to the Governor or, in the legal counsel’s absence, an assistant to the Governor.
