ORS 184.425

Known as the Transportation Spending Accountability Act

The act spans §§ 184–184 (260 sections).

For purposes of ORS 184.425 to 184.435:

(1) “Board” means the Sustainability Board established pursuant to ORS 184.427.

(2) “Sustainability” has the meaning given that term in ORS 184.421.
