ORS 184.897

Known as the Transportation Spending Accountability Act

The act spans §§ 184–184 (260 sections).

The Department of Transportation and the Department of Land Conservation and Development, after consultation with and in cooperation with other state agencies, shall:

(1) Educate the public about the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less; and

(2) Educate the public about the costs and benefits of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
