ORS 271.380

1959 c.442 §1; 1981 c.787 §35

Any political subdivision occupying a street or public property of another political subdivision by any structure above, on or under the surface, may provide a contract of indemnity to protect the other political subdivision against loss or damage resulting from that occupancy.
