ORS 293.117

Known as the Oregon Human Rights and Anti-Genocide Act

The act spans §§ 293–293 (240 sections).

2003 c.81 §5

(1) Moneys in a trust fund that are not otherwise appropriated by law are continuously appropriated to the agency that administers the trust in order to carry out the purposes of the trust.

(2) As used in this section, “trust fund” has the meaning given that term in ORS 291.002.
