ORS 293.125

Known as the Oregon Human Rights and Anti-Genocide Act

The act spans §§ 293–293 (240 sections).

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall, by appropriate entries made at monthly periods, credit the several objects with the amounts which may be received respectively from the several sources and charge against the same any claims incurred in pursuance of authority of law, in the same manner as is provided for the payment of claims against the state.
