ORS 293.600

Known as the Oregon Human Rights and Anti-Genocide Act

(1) As used in this section, “state agency” means every state officer, board, commission, department, institution, branch or agency of state government whose costs are paid wholly or in part from funds held in the State Treasury.

(2) The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may require periodic and special financial and statistical reports from all state agencies, upon forms which the department may prescribe, in order to assist the department in performing its fiscal functions.
