ORS 332.111

A district school board in a school district may enter into agreements to provide auxiliary services and facilities to students, including but not limited to forms of residential care and medical and dental services. Any facility used for residential purposes under this section must meet the applicable standards of the Oregon Health Authority and the State Fire Marshal.
