ORS 346.017

(1) Notwithstanding ORS 346.015, the Superintendent of Public Instruction may enroll a student in the school operated under ORS 346.010 if the student is not a resident of Oregon. However, priority for enrollment at the school shall be given to students who are residents of Oregon.

(2) The superintendent may charge tuition and fees to any student who is enrolled under this section.

(3) A student who is enrolled under this section is not considered a resident of any school district based on the enrollment and attendance at the school.
