ORS 377.830

Known as the Oregon Motorist Information Act

Notwithstanding any other provisions of ORS 377.700 to 377.844, the Travel Information Council shall not issue, for any one place or business eligible therefor, more than two permits for motorist informational or logo signs for one direction of travel on a state highway leading to the place or business. Where a logo is available it shall be used and shall be one of the two allowable signs.
