ORS 408.470

Known as the Oregon Vietnam Veteran Benefits Act

The act spans §§ 408–408 (88 sections).

All honorably discharged soldiers, sailors and marines who served in the forces of the United States during the Spanish War or Philippine Insurrection at any time between April 23, 1898, and July 4, 1902, who are now deceased or may hereafter die in Oregon or who being residents of Oregon die outside of Oregon, may be interred in the burial plot established pursuant to sections 1 to 3, chapter 72, Oregon Laws 1911.
