ORS 414.756

The Oregon Health Authority shall ensure that the Oregon Health and Science University receives net reimbursement of at least 84 percent but no more than 100 percent of the university’s costs of providing services that are paid for, in whole or in part, with Medicaid funds. Net reimbursement means all Medicaid payments less any amount that is transferred by the university to the authority.
